Process
Communication tool up to date?
Yes, the team try to remain effective communication in order to reach the target object. The current communication channel is the same as before, Discord is our main communication channel, then is the WeChat.
In the Discord channel, everything related to the project is up-to-date. This covers the coding problem related to the front-end, back-end development, database query problem, documentation update, etc. Development (coding) progress could be check via the GitHub channel.
WeChat is used as a notification tool.
Team documents up to date, including meeting minutes, task assignments?
- All documents are up to date, test brief and some information will be shown in Notion. Summary information will be organised and stored in both Notion and Google Drive.
- Normally, official meeting minutes took around 1 to 2 hours. We also conduct many short discussions at arbitrary times. The team are trying to recall and record the discussion content from week 6.
- All tasks are determined by group members and assigned to relative team members. Each task has a leader to lead the development process. At the current stage, the team focus more on front-end development.
